Access, Lighting and Staging Conditions
Flash photography is not an option in the photographing of Virtual Tours, therefore for interior
shots, the photographer may recommend that interior lights be switched on. For external shots,
the best results will be obtained in good weather (not raining, foggy etc) and with reasonable
levels of daylight.
The area to be photographed should be prepared/staged as you wish it to appear on the Virtual Tour,
prior to the time of the appointment and proper and safe access to the area must be made available.
Unfortunately, the photographer will not have time to wait whilst you tidy up or rearrange furniture,
etc and in such circumstances you will have to either agree to the photographs being taken of the area
in its current condition or forfeit your fee, any subsequent appointment being at a further cost to
you.
If the photographer is unable to take the shots due to inclement weather conditions, where possible
a still photograph will be supplied and the photography of the Tour will be rebooked at no additional
cost to you.
If the photographer is unable to take the shots due to lack of (safe) access or your not being present
on the date and time of the appointment, then your fee will be forfeit any subsequent appointment being
at a further cost to you. In such circumstances photographic evidence of the photographer’s attendance
will be obtained.
